I just got back from a meeting at Caltrans and this is a detail that will be placed in the 2007 Highway Design Manual.

Book of things that "are not"
This Blog is dedicated to all the things that "are not". We will attempt to list all things (known and unknown) that "are not". There are many things that "are not" so this could take quite some time. Please feel free to submit anything that you feel "is not" and we will attempt to evaluate whether it truly "is not" or...um not so not.
