This weeks training log.

Monday:
Electro-shock torture using Compex...45 Minutes
Easy Spin...60 Minutes
Jumping to conclusions repeats... 4 Hours.

Tuesday:
Electro-shock torture using Compex...90 Minutes
Easy Spin...90 Minutes
Bouncing Off walls...3 Hours
Flying off the handle...2 Hours
Mental Gymnastics...2 Hours
Jumping through hoops...4 Hours (followed by 2 hours of Jumping to conclusions)

Wednesday:
Electro-shock torture using Compex...2.25 hours
Running off at the mouth...90 Minutes (it was a light day)
Physical rest while watching the general population of Chicken Murderers make every mistake at an intersection known to man...2 Hours.

Retard at 4-way stop controlled intersection: "Diyah, I was the only one here when I pulled up but now there are cars in all directions just sitting there, I am not so sure what I am supposed to do."
Me parked in my car doing a traffic count: "Go you friggen moron, it's your Gawdamn turn!"

She lives with a guy we call Snap, and she doesn't know what the term jumping to conclusions means.

Oh, the concussion is what I am getting right now trying to consolidate all the clothing orders.

Tonights work out is several hours of chasing people down for missing forms and last minute changes.

I don't work this hard at my job.
