This photo is one of the best days cycling has ever given me. A day of truth and discovery, of friendship and teamwork.
I would have never thought in a million years that Groovy T and I would be standing on a podium at a bike race together. Talk about a new adventure... and it is really just beginning.

Great job. How did that second one feel???
The second one is the one I rode for. I only used the first one as a warmup and to get a feel for conditions. I kept the HR around 160is, TT efforts are usually around 185.
