A reminder of what is real.

The little boy in the photo of my previous post is my son Ronnie. Yes, he is extremely disabled and requires 24 hour care. God knows he has the Worlds greatest mother taking incredible care of him. But do not feel sorry, or weep for us. It is we that weep for you and all of those who will never know the special relationship we have with Ronnie.
He is our spiritual teacher, our healer, and he is the purest of all angelic beings. Within all of Ronnie's challenges, he is perfect. Why? Because he is completely pure in every way, he is physically incapable of sin. He is incapable of causing harm to anyone in any way. In fact, the only thing he is capable of is melting the coldest heart. He emulates pure love energy, and just holding him reminds you that this World is not what is real. He reminds us that this World is just the illusion that we create on a daily basis.

He communicates without speaking, and yet he is crystal clear.
A thought transmitted through a blink of an eye, or the movement of his eyebrows. Don't blink, you will miss something important.
Message sent without a sound, and confirmation with a smile or the raise of an eyebrow.

He heals us through his emulation of love. Imagine the worst day, or the worst feeling of despair dispersed by a snuggle and a giggle.
Hope restored.

Tour of CA Stage 2

The Tour of California came through our back yard on their 2nd stage today. The several riders from our team took a long lunch and headed out to Palomares Canyon to watch the riders come up the climb. It was pretty cool, people everywhere, and us lookin fly in our new kits.
Maybe we even got on TV when the motor bikes went by, check ESPN tonight.
It was taste of what it might be like to be out at one of the Tour de France stages, except I knew every out there lining the road. Like being at a party with 100 of my best friends.
The riders went up pretty slow, so the field was jammed from one side of the road to the other. One rider tried to grab Joe's water bottle "gimme a bottle, gimme a bottle", Joe yanked it away and yelled "I' m sick".
Then they were gone. Time to go back to work.

Commitment and manifesting your reality.

Hey There America,

Now that we have established the true power of commitment and how it pertains to your inner dialog, let’s apply it to reality creation.

As mentioned earlier, the Universe is ready and willing to provide for us anything we want or desire. Good, bad, or indifferent, it doesn’t really matter since the Universe is neutral and the whole good/bad thing is a 3rd dimensional humanistic judgment/connotation anyway. To the Universe everything just is, it’s our limited mindset that brands things as good or bad.

This may sound a little off track, but it’s not, you see, it’s our perception and programming that cause us to sabotage the Universe’s ability to provide us with the things or experiences we think we want. Thus yielding lacks of commitment to that which we want to create for ourselves. “I want a burger, no wait, burgers are bad for you, so I’ll have a salad. No wait, I need some protein so maybe I better have a turkey sandwich”. This is an over simplification of the point, but is does present a fairly clear case. If we have this much trouble trying to decide what to have for lunch, how is it we think we can figure out what we want out of relationships, prosperity, or even the experience we want from cycling?

Go back and think of some relationship or some experience that brought you pure joy. What was your mental frame of mind? Chances are, you felt a certain wholeness in your being. Everything fell right into place, didn’t it? You were mentally and physically committed to the situation, no self-doubt. I also like to refer to that feeling as bringing in the “I am” power (more on the “I am” later).

Now go back and think of a situation or relationship that felt the same way but ended rather ugly. (You need to be really honest with yourself here.) What were your thoughts and feelings leading up to the demise? Did you have thoughts of “this is so good, that I don’t disserve it”, “this is too good to last”, or “too good to be true”? Even if you only had one of these thoughts for a brief moment, it’s enough for the Universe to put into place all the things, people, or circumstances needed to bring the experience to an end.

In essence, you are responsible for your own demise in that situation. This is an example of a lack of commitment on a mental and spiritual level. You had self-doubt, and therefore sabotaged your own well being.

Applied to Power Ball: Only the person with the least amount of doubt can win Power Ball. That can even mean a person who does not really care either way.

While others may be wishing and wanting more, they are also self-doubting and sabotaging the universes ability to provide the win.

THERE ARE NO ACCIDENTS, only people who are dishonest with themselves and the experiences they attract into their lives.

Manifesting continued (commitment part 1)

The concept of commitment requires some qualification, and since I am low on time will have to be done in a couple of parts.

Commitment means in the mind it's considered done. Ancient samurai warriors used to go up against armies of men single handedly. They came out victorious because in their mind, they only need to worry about the very last man in the line. Everyone else was already dead in the warrior's mind. This is an example of commitment, it's done.

While I was assisting the teaching of a class called "The Art of Handling Verbal Confrontation", Robert Gerard (Oughten House Publications/Oughten House Foundation) would show how getting a commitment is the critical step in resolving issues in any relationship. Once the individual responsible for the behavioral change has agreed to make the change, the confrontation model can only be completed by confirming the commitment. At this point, the issue is resolved and the relationship can move forward. If the individual performs the behavior again after this point, then the issue is now the broken commitment. At this point the relationship is in jeopardy, but this is a different topic, and we can cover it later.

For now, lets stick with the concept of commitment and how powerful it is when the vibration of the word is brought into your entire being. In part 2 of this sub topic we will discuss how it applies to manifestation, or how the lack of commitment hinders it.

Manifesting continued

America,
It is important to note that this is a "consensus reality". At the very basic level, the wall is a wall because we all believe it is a wall.
Ha, what? That sounds nuts, right? It's a wall because it's a wall, you nut case. I can't change a physical object.

If that is what you are saying, then you are correct. While we can manifest our thoughts into reality in a very real way, it is extremely unlikely to change a consensus reality until the consensus agrees that the "wall" is no longer a wall. Not to mention that you can tell yourself anything, you can even lie to yourself about your beliefs, but you can't change what is ingrained into your programming. The untamed ego will not allow it.

The ego protects your true perception of reality through self doubt and inner dialog (aka scripts). This even goes to the extent that people self sabotage.
Going back to the quote from Serapis Bay and apply this analogy as a visual:
The Universe is a short order cook at a restaurant. You tell the waitress that you want a burger with fries. Then the very second that the cook begins making it you say, no wait, I want a BLT and potato salad.

We do this very thing everyday in our life, then wonder why we didn't get that thing, that job, or that relationship that we wanted. Well Homie, if you would make up your mind whether you wanted the burger or the BLT, maybe the Universe could get on with delivering your order.

We are talking about commitment, but we will get on to that tomorrow.

First topic, Manifesting your Reality.

OK America, here we go,
This one is touchy for most, many of us do not want to accept that we are responsible for everything we experience.
To quote Serapis Bay: "The Universe rearranges itself around your perception of reality".

While at current Earth vibrations and magnetic field, thoughts are not instantly manifested into reality, it sometimes does not take long. In future posts I am going to transition this topic into Quantum Realities, but for now we will just discuss manifesting our reality.

Negative, positive, or neutral, EVERY experience you have in life was generated from your thoughts at some point. If things are going well and they suddenly change in what you might think is an unfair way, you likely had some thought of not being worthy of the experience.
While it is hard to go back and revue all of our thoughts, and it's certainly much easier to point a finger at someone elses behavior, ultimately we own our experiences.
We will explore this more in the next few posts. My goal is to keep these short and to the point. (kind of like me).
I'll leave you with this to contemplate. When speaking to yourself, remember that the Universe does not understand the word "NOT".
That means, if you use a sentance using the word "not" in it, you are focused on the very thing you want to avoid. "I do NOT want to crash today" = "I want to crash today".
Employ the old mountain bike saying, "look where you want to be, not at the tree you want to avoid". By using the word "Not" you are focused on the very thing you want avoid.

Ciao for Now

Its....

The World is Full of
Kings and Queens
Who Blind your eyes
And steal your dreams

Its.........

We are about to get into some heavy duty stuff. You have been warned.

Am I an Ahole?

Yes I am!
Why?
Because I would rather yell at someone pulling a stupid move in a race and save someone's life (like mine) than worry about getting beat up afterwards.
Hey if the choice is your fist or sliding across the asphalt at 30 MPH, I'll take your fist. At least I'll have a chance to duck, and it will probably be your last race anyway.

Can you take the pain?

Two Days, 29,035' of elevation gain.
108 degree weather, NO SHADE.

First attempt at Everest, all muscles in both legs cramped at same time. Lunch was coming up quickly as the intense pain was making me dizzy as I stood at the side of the road straddling my bike on the 3rd climb of the first day. I took my helmet off and drank as my wife pulled up in the car asking, "are you OK?". " Do I fu%^ing look OK?" "No you look like shit", "get in the car, dumbass". (Ok, she didn't actually say dumbass, but I could tell she was thinking it)

Quit?! I stamped my hand on the bars and exclaimed "NO! I AM GOING TO FINISH!"
I had 8 more miles to climb, and I could only stand on the pedals or I would cramp. So I stood for 100 pedal strokes, then walked for 3 minutes. These intervals went on for the next 2.5 hours of pure self torture. I finished the day, but could not start the next day.

As if I had not tortured myself enough, I went back the next year to try again. With a conservative plan in place I finished, and braught home the silver medal for the State Championship. Not a bad come back.

So, I ask you, Mister Reader, can you take the pain?
If so, see you in Bishop.

And they all rejoiced

And Fon Man raised the hands up on high, saying, 'O Lord, bless this Thy ride that, with it, Thou mayest blow Thine enemies to tiny bits in Thy mercy.'

And the Lord did grin, and the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths and carp and anchovies and orangutans and breakfast cereals and fruit bats and large chuwawas.

And the Lord spake, saying, 'First shalt thou prepare to attack. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then, thou shall jump out of the pack leaving only a trail of dust towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.'

Amen.

The covetted blood red Gibson Fly V. Same year and model of my first top end Axe. Posted by Picasa
Why a Flying V?
See Micheal Schenker Group: Attack of the Mad Axe Man
Sneaking round the back streets
Don't stay out to late
cause he's got something he want's to give to you
He calls in his dreams, with his phantom screams
Hide from the shadows in the night
Only day will save you,
Gotta watch the attack of the mad axeman
He can take you anytime he pleases
He wants to make you bleed,
Around town his laughter sounds
Deep into the night, that flash of knife in the
Flickering lights for you
He knows when he's down
But he's got to have more
Cause he thrives on excess celebration!
Time after time, in the wings, you can see him
He's only looking for fun, in his dreams; Ah...
Watch the attack of the mad axeman!

Trivia Question

Yeah OK, here is a trivia question for folks. (as if anyone is even reading this BLOG)

What is Ugaliptite?

I'll bet you have NO FREAKIN IDEA.

OK, here is a hint: Blue Oyster Cult.

Hint #2
"He picks up a bus and throws it back down as he makes his way to the center of town".
